Program Features:
Barrie Colts Hockey School features World class instruction from both the OHL and NHL. Each player attending will receive 2 ½ hours of intense on-ice training with advanced power skating, puck control, shooting, passing, and hitting clinics each day. Dry-land sessions will commence 1 ½ hours daily and consist of core strength and power plyometrics. Foot speed and agility are also key components and will be stressed daily. Professional instruction will be provided, which will both teach players and give them understanding of their on ice positions and the knowledge to properly execute them.

Barrie Colts Hockey School is determined to get the most out of each player that is attending our schools. Achieving this with both world class instruction in a fun dynamic atmosphere. Barrie Colts Hockey School is for players who want to get better and will do whatever it takes to get to a higher level of hockey. Training always comes first with the Barrie Colts and we take this very seriously, we want each and every player to end their stay satisfied and as an improved player. Practice as hard as you play is something we instil in our players daily. This motto insures that each and every drill is done at game speed.

Camp Features:
Barrie Colts Hockey School is proud to make known that they will be returning to the same locations as last year for the upcoming 2012 hockey season . Innisfil Rec Plex, will be hosting our March Break camp again this year. Information in regards to registration into our Winter March break program can be found here on our website, and/or by personal contact with the Program Director, Todd Miller (Assistant Coach Barrie Colts OHL), forwarding to all interested, space is very limited.
Our summer training camps will be held in three different locations for the 2012 year. Our in-residence. over night program, will be held once again in Wasaga Beach, along with our multiple weeks of day camps that will be held in Alliston, Innisfil, and Wasaga Beach.
Our Summer in-residence, over night program, will be based out of the beautiful town of Wasaga Beach the worlds largest fresh water beach. Our on-site facilities include Stars Arena, accommodations, recreational facilities, dining hall, ball hockey courts, dry-land area with sand hill, running trails, plyometric area, and much more all in one great location.
Our on-site summer camp location is fewer then a five minute walk to many fun activities such as sandy beaches, water sports, paintball fields, mini-putting, go carts and much more.
Barrie Colts hockey School will also be visiting Alliston and Innisfil for our week long summer day camps, running from 9am-5pm daily. (times may vary due to ice-time availability, within the hour, to be posted prior to camp.)
