Program Features:
Barrie Colts Hockey School features world class instruction from the NHL, AHL, OHL, and Europe.
Each player will receive two and a half hours of intense on-ice training with advanced power skating, puck control, shooting, passing, and hitting clinics each day.
Dryland sessions are an hour and a half daily and consist of core strength and power plyometrics. Foot speed and agility are key components are and will be stressed daily.
All players attending Barrie Colts camp will be tested throughout their stay in both on and off the ice work following with a full comprehensive report of the progress made by the end of stay.
Chalk talk and video sessions are in one hour segments which will both teach players and give them understanding of their on-ice positions and the knowledge to properly execute them.

The Barrie Colts Hockey School is for players who want to get better and will do what ever it takes to get to a higher level of hockey.
Training always comes first with the Colts, and we take this very seriously. We want each and every player to end their stay satisfied and an improved player.
“Practice as hard as you play,” is something we instill into our players daily. This motto ensures that each and every drill is played at game speed.
“Work hard, play hard!” This is the perfect environment for players to have great training followed with tons of rewarding fun activities after a hard day of instruction.

Camp Features:
Barrie Colts Hockey School is based out of the beautiful town of Wasaga Beach the world’s largest fresh water beach. Our onsite facilities include; Stars arena, accommodations, recreational facilities, cafeteria, ball hockey courts, dryland area with sand hill, running trails, plyometrics area and much more, all in one great location.
Our onsite camp location is fewer then a five minute walk to many fun activities such as sandy beaches, water parks, paintball fields, mini putting, go karts, and much more.
